The T1 router will have a WAN IP address, that is provided by the ISP. I think you should be able to configure the LAN IP address range on that as well. Best is to give the 2 nodes i.e. LAN of the T1 router and WAN of the Linksys IP addresses the same subnet. This should be static IP addresses, as this will be the gatweay for the internal network.
